Chef Nico
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Nico’s roots run deep in the water — from spearfishing and surfing to family meals that reflected his Colombian heritage. His culinary journey took him to Chile, where he immersed himself in traditional asado-style open fire cooking, before settling in Hawai’i at 22. There, he spent a decade learning from local farmers, hunters, and Hawaiian elders, mastering imu cooking and developing a deep respect for food sourced from the land and sea. Today, Nico takes pride in raising his two daughters with that same reverence — teaching them how to hunt, cook, and understand the origins of every ingredient that hits their plate.

Chef Ingrid
Ingrid was born and raised in Washington state, with a childhood steeped in forest hikes, simple meals, and a curiosity for the world beyond. At 21, she moved to Hawai’i, where she met Nico and began their life together raising two daughters. Her favorite memories are from their evenings by the ocean — fire crackling, little feet in the sand, and a meal being made with love. Ingrid brings a deep passion for slow living, local produce, and the joy of gathering around a handmade meal. Whether she's styling a table or foraging with her girls, her heart is always rooted in intentional connection and nourishing traditions.
